It is no mystery, that God gives gifts of time. The end of our tainted history here on Earth will culminate with unlimited time: everlasting life. But until that great climax of sinful human history, God gave us glimpses of eternal life via smaller gifts of time called Sabbaths. These holy days were set aside to remind us that God has a better plan for our lives.
