'And Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.”' – John 20:21-22

In John 20:21–22, the risen Jesus steps into a fearful room and speaks wholeness over His disciples: “Peace be with you.” His shalom isn’t just comfort, it’s commissioning. As the Father sent Him, Jesus sends us, and He doesn’t send us empty. He breathes His Spirit into us and says, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” This message is an invitation to receive Christ’s peace, be restored from the inside out, and step into our calling with the presence and power of God.
