CHURCH 40TH REUNION CELEBRATION
Our 40th year Church Reunion is almost upon us.  If you wish to donate $ to assist in putting flowers in the Sanctuary and around the church for this event please put your money into the weekly envelope and mark it “reunion flower donation” or contact Cheryl Fierce, our head deaconess at (630) 969-3562.   Thank you for your assistance in making this a wonderful event.

BLOOD DRIVE
There will be a Red Cross Blood Drive on Sunday, September 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Hinsdale Church Fellowship Hall.

CHOIR MEETING
Today, following the Church Service, anyone that is interested in participating in the choir for the fall season is invited to meet at the front of the sanctuary for a brief meeting.  If you have never sung in our choir before, or have questions about the choir please stop by and we will be happy to answer them for you.  All levels of experience are welcome; we simply ask that you have a passion for sharing your love for God through song.

RENT-A-PATHFINDER
The Downers Grove Detectives Pathfinder Club presents a fundraiser for the International Camporee 2009: “Courage to Stand.”  Rent-A-Pathfinder for general yard-work, general housekeeping or car washing and support our Pathfinder Club.  Please call Marion Spencer (630) 709-5442.
